The Executive President of Sahara Petrochemicals Company is H.E. Engr. Saleh Bahamdan and the following is an excerpt of his professional career:

H.E. Engr. Bahamdan obtained his Master's Degree in Engineering from California State University, USA in 1983 and Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Evans Avail Pan Diana University, USA in 1980.

H.E. Engr. Bahamdan was appointed as Executive President of Sahara Petrochemicals Company in 2009. He also served as President of AL Waha Petrochemicals Company from 2006 until 2009.  He was Vice President for Technical Affairs and Planning of Sahara Petrochemicals Company from 2005 to 2006. He also served as Director of Engineering and Project Management at SABIC from 2001 to 2005.  Before that, he worked at Jubail Petrochemical Company (Kemya) as Manager of Operations Control from 1997 to 2000 and in the Department of Control Systems and Electrical Engineering from 1983 until 1997.
