SAHARA’s Board of Directors would like to invite the company’s shareholders, who may possess at least twenty (20) shares, to attend the 5th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting which  will be held on Sunday 28/04/1431H (Om Al Qura Calendar) corresponding 13/04/2010 at 07:00 PM in Al-Makarm Hall of Marriott Hotel, Riyadh. The purpose of this meeting is to review the following agenda:

1 - Approval of the 2009 Board of Directors’ Report.
2 - Approval of the company’s financial and income statements for the period from 01/01/2009 to 31/12/2009.
3 - Discharge the members of the Board of Directors from liability for period from 01/01/2009 to 31/12/2009.
4 - Approval of the selection of the financial auditor conducted by the Audit Committee to review the annual and quarterly financial statements of 2010 and determining his fees.
 
We draw the attention of our shareholders to the following:
Should a shareholder is unable to attend this meeting, he may participate through giving a proxy to another shareholder, not a company board member, employee or assigned permanently to provide technical or administrative services to the company. Proxies shall be submitted or sent to the company’s headquarters at P.O. Box 11166 , Jubail Industrial City 31961 or via fax # +96633400420 and should be received at least 03 days before the date of holding the above-mentioned meeting. These proxies must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce or a bank. Quorum is 50 percent of the company’s capital. Photocopies of shares proving ownership document and civil ID card or passport must be attached as per the Ministry of Commerce instructions.
