Sahara Petrochemicals declares to its shareholders that H.E. Eng. Esam  F. Himdy took over his responsibilities as Sahara’s Managing Director effective June 27, 2009 for the second 3-year term of its Board of Directors as per Sahara’s Board of Directors’ approval in its 16th meeting as declared earlier.

Also Sahara declares that H.E. Eng. Saleh M. Bahamdan took over his responsibilities as Sahara’s Executive President effective the same date as per the official announcement published earlier.
