Sahara Petrochemicals Co. announces that Mr. Sattam A. Al Harbi , GOSI Acting Director General Follow-up , has been appointed as a board member in its board of directors representing GOSI as a replacement of its current representative Mr. Abulrahman M. Al Rawaf, GOSI Investment Portfolios Manager, effective July 1, 2009 as requested by the Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). This change will be presented to the first coming General Assembly meeting for approval.
