Sahara Petrochemicals Company announces that on Thursday 25/ 2 /1433H (19/2/2012G) will distribute the compensation amounts to those shareholders who did not subscribe, fully or partially, in in their due rights issue offering shares during the last company capital increase process that took place in the period from 11/1/1433 H (06/12/2011G) to 19/1/1433 H (14/12/2011G). These rights issue offering shares were eligible only for those shareholders who possessed shares on the date of holding the 3rd extraordinary general assembly meeting, Tuesday 04/01/1433H (29/11/2011G).

 Total compensation amounted SR 50,241,880.00 and it was divided by the rights issue shares which were not subscribed which counted 12,459,910 shares. Every eligible shareholder shall receive an amount of SR 4.03 for each unsubscribed shares.

 Accumulation of shares fractions equaled 5,029 shares which were sold with a value of SR 75,846.77. Excess amounts, over the offering prices (SR 10), shall be distributed on those shareholders eligible to receive the fractions selling returns.

 The process to shareholders compensation amounts transfer will start on Thursday 25/ 2 /1433H (19/2/2012G) to those whose accounts data are available in the local banks whereas those whose accounts data are not sufficient are requested to contact Mr. Mohammed Al-Odah , Shareholders Section in Sahara Petrochemicals Company , Tel 033567788 or cellphone 0554900228, to arrange the appropriate method so that they can receive their due compensation amount.
