Al-Waha Petrochemical Company, an affiliate of Sahara Petrochemicals Company, held its 11th Board of Directors Meeting on 11 Ramadan 1430 H corresponding 07 September 2009 in its offices located in Jubail Industrial City.

The meeting started by honoring Mr. Fahad Al-Zamil on the occasion of the end of his 4-year  tenure as the chairman of Al-Waha’s Board of Directors

On this occasion, Mr. Tariq Al-Mutlaq, Al-Waha’s Board of Directors’ current Chairman expressed his thanks and appreciation to Mr. Fahad Al-Zamil for his distinguished efforts which greatly supported the company’s march since its inception till now. An honoring trophy in the name of both Sahara and Al-Waha was presented to Mr. Fahad. After that the listed agenda items were presented and discussed.
